Role Description

This is a full-time office role for a Experienced Construction Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, setting up and maintaining budgets, writing subcontracts, coordinating with the project team, establishing project timelines, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring timely delivery of quality construction projects to the clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to utilize Procore or other similar project management tools
• Budget setup and management
• Expediting skills
• Experience in Project Management
• Strong inspection and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Multifamily experience
• Osha 10 / 30 or related certification is a plus
• Experience with commercial construction projects is a plus
• Focus on effectively managing larger projects with a team
