AI Product Director

A company is looking for a Director of AI Products & Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Own the AI product lifecycle, defining roadmaps and delivering AI-powered features

Drive customer-facing AI experiences and internal operational AI automation

Design and implement responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance and monitoring

Required Qualifications

7-10 years in product / platform roles, with 5+ years in AI / ML-powered products

3-5 years leading cross-functional delivery teams with proven production impact

Experience embedding AI into customer experiences and internal operations

Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred

Familiarity with SEC / FINRA frameworks and regulatory navigation
