Family Nurse Practitioner

Marathon Health is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to support our customer from its near-site employer-sponsored health and wellness center in W. Melbourne, FL.

Youll treat individuals and families (ages 6+) in a healthcare setting that values quality of care, longer appointment times, and a more relaxed daily rhythm ?

Role highlights include :

• 40 hour per week position ? no on-call or weekends required!
• Mon & Weds 9am-6pm, Tues & Thurs 6 : 30am-5 : 30pm, Fri 10am-2pm

Responsibilities :

As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Marathon Health, youll deliver primary care services, conduct onsite health risk assessments, provide wellness education, support individual lifestyle changes, and help individuals manage chronic conditions.

In addition to patient-care responsibilities , youll also be expected to build trusted relationships with the centers staff, and you may be responsible for providing clinical leadership, assisting with training, and overseeing the quality of care at your health center.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a primary care / family practice setting
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
• Current and unrestricted state licensure
