Responsibilities include :

• Identify & work with stakeholders and key organizations to ensure program & project scope definition meets business objectives, build and maintain relationships.
• Ensure adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery.
• Create, prepare, and maintain materials necessary to track status & progress.
• Communicate status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, in a timely manner.
• Escalate program risks to the Markets Ops transformation lead and senior management as appropriate.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, and safeguarding the firm's reputation.

Work closely with the Change Management team to review strategic opportunities for innovative solutions to help re-engineer processes, build scale, and mitigate risks.
