PeopleShare has an opening for a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator in Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. Candidates must be bilingual and able to speak both English and Spanish to be considered. Previous experience working with Magaya preferred (logistics software platform) is highly preferred.

Title : Bilingual Logistics Coordinator

Location : Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054

Salary : $22-24 / hr

Duration : 4 month contract-to-hire

Key Responsibilities :

• Strong background in transportation scheduling, documentation, and customer communication
• Comfortable working with basic cost tracking, and SOP adherence (daily workflow)
• Experience in a 3PL or freight forwarding environment preferred
• Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and clients to confirm shipping details
• Track shipments and resolve transit delays
• Maintain shipping documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely loading / unloading
• Monitor freight costs and assist in negotiating rates
