Role Technical Lead for Service Cloud Experience Cloud Customer Community CRM Analytics
10 years of experience in implementing Service Cloud Sales Cloud and Experience CloudCustomer functionality
Experienced with CongaApttus products docuSign
Copado Deployment experienced
Develop documentation Business Requirements Solution Design Documentation and obtaining customer signatures as appropriate
Create requirements and groom the offshore team
Provide solution and functional mapping for Data Migration activities
Good hands experience in Experience Cloud functionality
Good understanding of overall SFDC architecture landscape
Good work experience in Reports and Dashboards
Experience on CRM Analytics
Experience on driving data migration activities
Should have at least 3 or more certificates
Proven experience of Solution Architecture for Salesforce Transformation Engagements
Experience in engaging with business and IT stakeholders for designing Salesforce solutions
Good understanding of digital transformations taking place in the Industry involving Salesforce applications
Strong spoken and written communication articulation skills for business and IT leadership stakeholders Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities within constraints timelines and others
Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders
A proven team player
