Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for :

• Ensuring that all Student Activities events operate effectively and efficiently, while assessing event and attendee needs.
• Ensuring event set-up, decorating, production, and tear down are completed for various Student Activities events, including : Convocation, Stu-Fac, Commencement, Passing of the Gravel, Spirit Week, Block Parties etc.
• Responsible for security, hospitality, promotion etc. at Student Activities events as needed, and maintain a working knowledge of all event details on the Student Activities calendar and properly promote these events.
• Assist in the maintenance and adherence to policies and procedures during events at Student Activities Events, ensuring compliance with College policies, and will be responsible for assisting with the promotion of Student Activities programming and events.
• Administer and collect surveys at events and contribute to post-event evaluations for program improvement and future planning and execution and assist with events and operations during evening, nights or weekend hours as needed.
