Applicant Workers Compensation Associate Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.

• The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience of at least 2 years in handling Workers Compensation matters (defense or applicant).
• CA bar license in good standing is Mandatory
• . The Associate Attorney will work closely with clients and senior attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services and support.
• Responsibilities
• Assist in litigation processes by preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and contribute to case strategy development.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about their cases.
• Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience or coursework in estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, or other related fields is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to advocate for clients effectively.
• Excellent writing skills for drafting clear and concise legal documents..
• Prior experience in a law office setting is mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay : $180,000.00 - $360,000.00 per year
