Pay Term- Weekly (By Every Friday)

Benefits : Paid orientation & sick leave (12)

Pay Package :

Gross Weekly- $1,848 / week

Guaranteed Hours- 36hrs / week

Breakdown-

W2-$20 / hr

Stipend- $1,128 / week

Job Description : Requirements

Experience : 3+ years

License : Active RN (state or compact) – OK to submit

Education : BSN not required

Orientation : 12 hours

Certifications : BLS required

Unit Details (Med / Tele K5)

Beds : 24

Ratios : 1 : 6

Support Staff :

PCTs (ratio approx. 1 : 12)

Charge RN, House Supervisor, Nurse Educators

Telemetry monitor techs (RNs must still read strips)

Charting : Paragon

Model : VIC – Virtual Integrated Care Nursing

Patient Population :

CHF, diabetes, pneumonia, CKD, med / surg tele cases

Procedures / Skills :

Must read tele strips

No titratable drips required

Cpap / Bipap / High-flow O2 used

Schedule :

Must work assigned rotating schedule

Week 1 : Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat

Week 2 : Sun, Wed, Thurs

Scrubs : Navy blue

Orientation : Completed within Kurth Tower Med / Surg Tele departments
