DaBella is seeking a highly analytical, meticulous, and forward-thinking Accounts Receivable Specialist to become a key member of the accounting team in the new Austin headquarters.
This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with DaBella's sales and operation teams to process high-volume sales and vendor invoices transactions and ensure high-quality and timely deliverables. Responsibilities :
Applying payments made via Credit Card, Cash, Check, and Funding Notifications and accurately posting to customers' accountsCalling homeowners and combating payment-related issuesManaging customer accounts in the ERP System and ensuring all necessary paperwork is in alignmentResponsible for reviewing and ensuring proper documentation of credit card formsEstablishing relationships with key personnel account branches and other departmentsMonitor merchant disputes, payment plans, and customer refundsAssist the Accounts Receivable Manager with any month-end or closing tasksParticipate in leadership & teamwork training opportunitiesQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or +2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable or related departmentExperience in Sage Intacct or similar ERP SystemsIntermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word , Excel , Access , and OutlookAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits :
