Position Responsibilities :
- Handle all aspects of civil litigaiton of insurance defense and professional liability cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
Position Skills :
- 3-5 years of experience as Litigation Associate Attorney
- Admission to Arizona Bar- (Must have)
- Insurance Defense litigation experience- (preferred)
- Strong legal research and writing skill.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Office is in Phoenix, hybrid / flexible work schedule once someone comes on and is acclimated.
Primarily an insurance defense firm but they've recently started expanding their firm in other practice areas like T&E, Corporate, Family Law, and Business Litigation
3-5 years insurance defense / professional liability $130-150k - Salary Will Be Commensurate With Experience.
