What You'll Do
- As our Field Service Rep, you'll ensure our lumber, molding and millwork products shine in the Lowe's stores through stocking, displaying, and maintaining products in store aisles.
- Build strong relationships with store leadership and associates.
- Drive sales growth through inventory accuracy and excellent customer service.
Shift : Monday - Friday Day Shift
Location : Serving Cincinnati, OH and Dayton, OH Lowe's Stores
Who You Are
Basic Requirements : High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, vehicle insurance coverage, and a safe driving record. 2+ years in inventory replenishment (preferred).Effective Communicator : Solid verbal and written communication; represents Metrie with integrity and professionalism.Self-Motivated : Proactive and able to manage your own schedule.Physically Active : Able to handle and replenish lumber and molding products.Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using a tablet for tracking orders and damaged product; willing to learn if needed.Detail-Oriented : Ensures displays are well-organized and inventory is accurately tracked.Customer-Focused : Prioritizes customer satisfaction and provides excellent service.What To Expect In the Lowe's Stores
Safety is the #1 priority; you should leave the day as you came in.Environment includes moving machinery, shopping carts, and interactions with customers and store staff.Activity includes standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing / pulling carts, and using a tablet.Climate is temperature-controlled at the customer's store.Dress Code is relaxed with PPE requirements; steel toe or composite shoes provided reimbursement after 60 days.What Metrie Offers
