Success Academy Charter Schools is the largest, fastest-growing network of public charter schools in New York City. We are seeking a Program Manager, Systems Transformation to lead the end-to-end transformation of our academic technology stack, a critical business-side program that will shape how we centrally manage and support K-12 education across our 59 schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the program management of the academic technology stack transformation, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders at the network office, tech teams, and external vendors.
- Act as the single point of contact, ensuring instructional priorities and operational needs are embedded at every stage of the transformation.
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams to ensure effective communication, resource alignment, and milestone tracking across functions.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for technology teams, supporting the development of project charters, rollout plans, and change management strategies.
- Lead program documentation, cross-functional updates, and executive reporting to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Identify and flag risks, dependencies, and execution challenges early—ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
- Partner to refine and redesign scalable processes that strengthen content and assessment operations across our CMS, LMS, and related systems.
- Drive ongoing collaboration with school staff, ensuring user experience and operational feasibility remain central to platform decisions.
Qualifications
5+ years of program management, operations, or system transformation experience.Demonstrated success managing large-scale technology implementations with cross-functional alignment and organizational adoption.Strong strategic planning and project management skills, managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.Experience translating stakeholder needs into practical systems, workflows, and implementation plans, especially in high-change, user-centered environments.Ability to navigate fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and competing inputs.Skilled at simplifying complexity, navigating ambiguity, and helping others make sense of change.Confident communicator, able to write and present clearly across executive, technical, and school-based audiences.Highly organized and process-driven, with strong ownership and follow-through.Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management platforms such as Monday.com.Compensation
$110,000 – $125,000 USD. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
