Are you a passionate individual with a love for swimming? Innovative Health and Fitness in Franklin, WI, is on the lookout for enthusiastic swim instructors and lifeguards to join our growing team. As the number of new members continues to rise daily, we need more instructors to meet the demand. We provide both group and private swimming lessons to help clients improve their skills in the water. Swim instructors are pivotal in teaching individuals how to swim safely and confidently, while also promoting water safety and the joy of swimming. They cultivate a positive learning atmosphere that nurtures skill development and a passion for swimming.
