Position Summary
UNM Athletics is seeking Student Managers for the following sports:
Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball,
Equipment Room, etc...
Primary responsibilities include: • Supporting daily team operations, including managing equipment, laundry, and hydration. Responsibilities may involve lifting items weighing approximately 30 pounds or more.
• Assisting with limited on-field or on-court activities during both required and voluntary practices and competitions.
• Overseeing team equipment inventory, organization, and maintenance.
• Performing administrative tasks during practices and games, such as tracking statistics or managing the game/practice clock.
• Supporting team operations outside of practices and games, including attending staff meetings and assisting with film analysis.
• Sitting on the team bench or sidelines during competitions.
• Traveling with teams for away games.
