Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls to assist patients and physicians with referrals and appointments
Pre-register patients for appointments and tests, verifying and updating demographic and insurance information
Establish and maintain partnerships with clinical partners to achieve aligned goals
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or equivalent recent 2-year work-related experience required
Cisco Finesse Phone System Handle Experience strongly preferred
Experience with Epic strongly preferred
Demonstrated customer service experience in a high-volume healthcare call center
Strong understanding of Windows Operating System
