Social Security Disabilities Attorney

The ideal candidate is compassionate, client-focused, and eager to advocate for individuals navigating the challenges of disability claims.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims.
• Manage cases from intake through hearings, appeals, and beyond.
• Conduct client interviews and prepare them for hearings.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other related legal documents.
• Appear before Administrative Law Judges and federal courts as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to provide efficient, client-centered representation.
