Job Description
We are seeking an experienced family law litigation attorney to join our team. We are a fast-paced and growing law firm with offices in Westborough and Hanover, Massachusetts. We primarily focus on high-conflict divorce and custody litigation and negotiation, which often includes issues surrounding abuse, manipulation, parental alienation, and other types of underlying factors that cause the case to fall into the high-conflict category.
The majority of our legal team works from home and only goes into the office as necessary. We practice in most family courts within Massachusetts, although we try to keep the attorneys in courts within a one-hour radius of where they live.
Must love to be in the courtroom and the drama and stress that often come along with practicing in the area of family law.
We offer a sign-on bonus, and our base pay starts at $100,000.00 (depending on experience) with a competitive incentive package as well. Benefits include a health-care-reimbursement plan (QSEHRA), 401(k) match, student loan reimbursement, holiday and vacation time, MCLE membership for continued learning, and much more.

About Company
Values : C.H.A.N.G.E.
Courageousness : Life unfolds in proportion to your ability to face fears, stand up for what is right, and inspire change. Sometimes, someone else needs you to be courageous for them so they can find the strength in themselves.
Honesty : We don't just tell people what they want to hear. The truth isn’t always the easiest, but not telling it destroys trust.
Ambitiousness : We shoot for the stars and never settle for being just good enough. The goal for massive improvement is to try to be just 1% better every day.
Navigator : Our goal is to be like a lighthouse that continues to shine and guide others through the rough waters to safety.
Growth : We possess a never-ending drive to push ourselves and those around us to continuously improve personally, professionally, and emotionally.
Empowerment : When you change the way you think, you change your future. We cannot empower someone to do or be something; we can only give them the tools to empower themselves to reach their goals.
