Associate Project Accountant

We are seeking a new Associate Project Accountant to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. As an Associate Project Accountant, you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client's ever evolving project needs. This opportunity will be located in our Chicago Office and could have potential to be partly hybrid depending on the specific client, project and team needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project set up and maintenance (rate table, budgets, contract management)
• Ensure all invoices are recorded properly and timely to the correct projects, cost reports, and phase codes
• Process AP vouchers
• Assist with AR cash collection
• Create accurate and timely project reporting
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Cost Analysis and Cost control (ownership and initiative for work performed)
