Sr. Project Accountant

Job Opportunity

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$85,000 plus bonus and it comes with benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. Responsibilities include supporting project teams with timely, accurate and meaningful financial information, preparation of monthly payment requests, coordination of all subcontractors change orders, payments, contracts and waivers / affidavits, and reviewing project budget and cost for accuracy. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree, 2+ years of related experience or equivalent, experience in construction industry is preferred, proficiency with Microsoft Office and a strong technical aptitude, knowledge of construction / accounting-related software a plus, and CMiC experience is preferred.
