Desktop Support

Our customer is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Technician to join their team of 7 in daily support of their environment. The ideal candidate will come from a desktop support background having experience supporting windows 10 / 11 for break / fix support, MECM / Intune experience for endpoint management, and any experience supporting AV Equipment. Someone with a background doing hardware support and assisting in higher tier ticketing would be a great candidate. Apple hardware cert is a nice to have in this role as well as this group does support apple hardware repairs.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years work experience in a related field.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in an interrupt driven environment.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift / move computer equipment up to 40 lbs.
• Apple Certified Macintosh Technician Certification (Preferred)
• Experience Level

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 / hr.
