Patient Intake Associate

The patient intake associate is primarily responsible for handling the daily clerical and organizational tasks needed to maintain the front office of the assigned clinic.

Responsibilities :

• Answering phones pleasantly and efficiently while taking accurate messages.
• Accurately completing all new patient information and entering into EMR.
• Collecting patient copays.
• Accurately manage petty cash and maintain change drawer.
• Announcing patients.
• Assisting with collection of overdue accounts.
• Responsible for daily / weekly deposits.
• Responsible for submission of timesheets.

Qualifications :

The patient intake associate must demonstrate competency in computer data input and basic word processing skills. The patient intake associate must be able to work in a busy office environment and have strong organizational and people skills.
