Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

Tax Strategy & Compliance : Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to the latest tax laws.

Client Advisory : Act as a strategic advisor to our diverse clientele, offering tailored tax planning and consultancy services.

Team Leadership & Development : Mentor, train, and guide a team of tax professionals, fostering an environment of growth, efficiency, and top-tier client service.

Research & Analysis : Delve into intricate tax issues, performing thorough research and analysis to derive optimal solutions for clients.

Business Development : Cultivate relationships, drive new business engagements, and reinforce the firm’s esteemed position within the industry.

Continuous Learning : Stay abreast with the evolving tax landscape, ensuring the firm remains compliant and our strategies are avant-garde.

Process Improvement : Regularly review and refine internal tax processes and tools to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

Risk Management : Ensure that all client engagements adhere to the firm's risk management policies and professional standards.

Qualifications :

CPA designation required. Additional qualifications such as MST or JD / LLM are favorable.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with a proven track record in tax consultancy and strategy.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a dynamic team.

Proficient with tax software and tools, and familiar with emerging trends in tax technology.

Commitment to continuous professional development.
