Position Overview :

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will support and execute all aspects of Altitudes operations including guest services food and beverage team training and overall park management. Reporting directly to the General Manager the AGM will collaborate closely to ensure operational excellence a positive guest experience and a work culture that reflects Altitudes brand and values. The AGM must be a strategic motivated leader who is passionate about creating a safe engaging and memorable environment for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

General

• Work with and support the General Manager; assume GM responsibilities in their absence to maintain smooth park operations.
• Coach and develop a large diverse team through clear written and verbal communication promoting a positive and cohesive work environment.
• Manage all facets of operations including inventory labor and regular financial reporting ensuring all activities align with Altitude standards and guidelines.
• Establish and uphold Altitude standards policies and expectations ensuring consistent guest service and operational efficiency.
• Track and oversee facility spending ensuring all expenses align with park policies.
