Porsche Ontario is seeking candidates for an open Service Advisor position. Candidates must be highly motivated and have a proven track record of strong and consistent high CSI scores.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and posses strong sales skills. Bi-lingual / Mandarin speaking is encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls to recent service department customers
- Oversee CRM databases for communication cycles with customers
- Educate self on latest service &product offerings, including pricing
- Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
- Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
- Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Prepared to interact with customers via phone calls every day (similar to call center processes)
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
REQUIREMENTS :
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle objections over the phone
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
