Position Overview :

As a Licensed Therapist at TMH Behavioral Services, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients in a variety of settings. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of promoting mental health and well-being in our community.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of therapy.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness.

Qualifications :
