Wayfair Commercial Analyst Co-Op

Program Dates : January 5, 2026 - June 19, 2026 The base pay for this position is $24 per hour. This is a Boston based opportunity with a 4 day in office expectation (Monday - Thursday) with 1 day remote (Friday). At this time, Wayfair will not sponsor applicants for employment authorization for this position for the following work visas : STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN.

What You'll Do

• Own and independently manage essential business functions to drive successful outputs and excellence of team and department + Analyze and visualize large datasets using technical and critical-thinking skills to identify business / performance trends, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities + Design, launch, and manage hypothesis-driven A / B tests; present findings to essential stakeholders to inform long-term strategy and drive roadmaps forward + Create digestible and intuitive performance dashboards and trackers to help support team operations and foster cross-functional collaboration + Ask lots of questions, grow your professional network, and build foundational business skills that you will carry with you through the rest of your career

What You'll Need

Basic Qualifications : + Currently pursuing a Bachelors in a relevant discipline (e.g. Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics) with the expectation that degree will be obtained between December 2026 and May 2029 + Minimum GPA of 3.0 + Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the co-op + Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future. Visa sponsorship includes the following work visas : STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and SQL or Google Big Query Preferred Qualifications : + Strong written and verbal communication + Excited to see results driven by your work + Detail-oriented + Flexible; can adapt to changes in priorities and manage multiple projects / tasks simultaneously + Willingness to learn and self-motivated + Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing + Strong comfort level and appetite to use AI in daily workflow
