Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders from entry to invoicing, ensuring fulfillment expectations are met
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to customer order fulfillment
Develop and maintain customer relationships to anticipate needs and provide proactive service
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
2 - 4 years of comparable customer service experience
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Proficient knowledge of Salesforce and order entry systems like JDE E1 and SAP
