Job Details

Draft and respond to discovery; summarize discovery responses for attorney review

Prepare disclosures, subpoenas, and exhibit binders; assist with depositions & expert discovery

Draft substantive correspondence and pleadings (RFOs, declarations, stipulations, proposed orders)

Coordinate calendars, deadlines, service / filings, and hearing prep from start through trial

Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel with polish and discretion

Collaborate closely with attorneys to keep cases on track and buttoned-up
