Vendor Coordinator
This role is responsible for establishing standard processes for New Vendor Evaluation, Vendor Inactivation, and performing various daily functions related to Vendor Master, PO Transmission, Location Data, credentialing portal access management, and handling reporting requests.
Responsibilities :
Establish standard processes for New Vendor Evaluation and Vendor Inactivation.
Manage daily functions related to Vendor Master, PO Transmission, Location Data, and credentialing portal access management.
Handle reporting requests effectively and efficiently.
Work closely with vendors, DPS, business owners, vendor management specialists, strategic sourcing, and Accounts Payable (A / P) as needed.
Set vendors up in the system and respond to inquiries from internal partners regarding vendor information.
Overcommunicate with team members to ensure limited duplicate efforts and effective collaboration.
Research and understand vendor requests to provide accurate resolutions.
Essential Skills :
Experience in vendor management and vendor maintenance.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to maintain strong vendor relationships.
Experience in vendor support and handling vendor invoices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Infor experience is preferred.
Work Environment :
The team member will work closely with vendors, DPS, business owners, vendor management specialists, strategic sourcing, and A / P on an as-needed basis. Minimal communication with external vendors is expected. The role primarily focuses on SC facilities, acting as a backup during downtime. The mailbox is a central hub for vendor-related inquiries, requiring research and consultative skills to resolve various requests. The team encourages overcommunication to minimize duplicate efforts.

This is a Contract position based out of Winston Salem, NC.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $30.37 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
