Robert Half is partnering with a law firm in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Litigation Attorney who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This role involves supporting attorneys in both transactional and litigation matters, primarily focused on real estate. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and a proactive attitude to ensure seamless legal operations.This position is contract with potential for extension / conversion into a permanent role.

Location : Greater Seattle Area

Pay Rate : $25-32 per hour

Duration : ASAP- April, with strong potential for extension

Schedule : M-F, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys handling real estate transactions and litigation cases.
• Draft, edit, and manage legal documents, including certificates of service, foreclosure filings, and other court-related paperwork.
• Perform e-recording, e-filing, and paper filing for various legal proceedings.
• Maintain accurate and organized calendars, including managing deadlines and scheduling.
• Open and create new client files, ensuring all documentation is properly prepared and stored.
• Coordinate the timely delivery and submission of legal work to courts and other relevant parties.
• Assist with basic litigation tasks, including document preparation and case management.
• Proven experience in legal drafting, e-filing, and calendaring.
• 3+ YOE in litigation legal support roles (Real Estate a HUGE PLUS!)
• Ability to work on-site during standard business hours.

The salary range for this position is $25-32 / hr. Benefits available to contract / temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
