Compensation : $25-30 per hour depending on experience, skill set, and contract terms.

We're looking for a Staff Accountant who's ready to jump in and take charge! LaSalle Network is partnering with an established organization near Oak Lawn seeking a confident Staff Accountant to handle full-cycle accounting operations. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and seeing your work directly impact the bottom line, this role is for you.

What's the job?

• Manage daily accounting operations - from AP / AR to payroll and journal entries
• Prepare reconciliations and assist with month-end close
• Ensure all transactions are coded properly in QuickBooks Online
• Collaborate across departments to support grants and reporting requirements
• Keep financial records accurate, compliant, and audit-ready
