As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage services. Your responsibilities will include :
- Supervising operations in all food and beverage outlets to ensure high service standards, quality, and consistency.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies for operational success and profitability.
- Ensuring all procedures are up to date, with an emphasis on providing superior customer service and satisfaction.
- Managing the departmental budget to achieve revenue goals and control expenses.
- Participating in menu development, including pricing and setting service standards.

For this pivotal role, we require the following qualifications :
- A college degree in a related field from an accredited University / College.
- ServSafe Manager & Allergan Certifications.
- BASSET certification.
- Minimum five years experience as a Food & Beverage Director overseeing multiple outlets, preferably in a high-end hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining, wine, beverage and excellent service leadership.
