As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a positive experience for everyone onsite, while you provide excellent customer service and communication. What Youll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to tenants, visitors, and staff.

Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site procedures.

Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to support a secure and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
