Job Title : Data Entry Specialist

Location : San Antonio, Texas (on-site)

Pay Rate : up to $20 / hour

Addison Group is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for our client located in San Antonio, Texas! This is a direct-hire opportunity that pays up to $20 per hour depending on applicable experience.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office and accounting operations.
• Input and distribute customer invoices, maintain billing files, and manage sales tax corrections as necessary.
• Act as the liaison between internal departments and customers, addressing and resolving any issues.
• Work with the collections team to update customer information and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain internal controls over financial documentation, ensuring proper support materials and updates.
• Keep files accurate, current, and easily accessible throughout the invoice lifecycle.
• Meet all deadlines and reporting requirements set by management and regulatory bodies.
• Assist with filing documents, memorandums, and other communications, ensuring billing deadlines are met.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Data Entry or Accounting role
