Audubon is currently seeking an Automation & Controls Engineering Manager to join our team in Tulsa, OK. The role involves managing a team responsible for controls and automation engineering tasks such as programming, HMI, SCADA, and related control system specifications.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the development, productivity, and guidance of team members.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, adhering to quality standards and procedures.
• Perform or oversee checks of engineering drawings and calculations.
• Promote standards and procedures for control system design, programming, and I.T. configuration.
• Oversee safety practices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Act as a technical lead or project manager to maintain client and staff relations.
• Develop internal guidelines, proposals, and assess project feasibility.
• Prepare reports, specifications, and schedules.
• Analyze strategies and resolve design issues.
• Manage client relationships and develop business opportunities.
• Estimate project costs and manage risks.
• Handle staffing, performance, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• May prepare specifications, perform calculations, review vendor drawings, and visit sites or vendors as needed.
