Tostrengthen our Clients Rheumatology Sales Team we are looking for atalented individual to fill the position of : RheumatologyClinical Account SpecialistBoston.
Asa Rheumatology Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) you will beresponsible for driving demand for the assigned product byreinforcing the clinical features of the product and Company valuewithin an assigned territory;
engaging and building relationshipswith clinical decision makers and office support staff to createthe best experiences for patients living with severe immunologicdiseases who are treated in the home care setting.
Youlike to work in an environment where you can :
- Attainsales goals and objectives by product volume as well as other keyaccountabilities such as reach / frequency with assigned call planstakeholders.
- Developsa strong understanding and awareness of the patient journey of careincluding the unique needs of patients within the athome caresetting.
- Workwithin the prioritized customer call plan to establish professionalworking relationships with HCP and supportstaff.
- Offeran outstanding patient experience with our product by communicatingclinical information on assigned Company product and relevantpatient supportservices.
Youwill contribute by :
- Establishingan understanding of the local ecosystems including the payorenvironment including pharmacy benefits; demonstrating the abilityto successfully navigate the complexities of local care deliverysystems and models comprised of multiple payers with varyingdegrees of restriction and barriers to patient access for theassigned Companyproduct.
- Maintaininga thorough understanding of the competitive marketplace and driversof prescriberdecisions.
- Demonstratingconsistent application of the Company Patient Value Strategyprinciples by establishing collaborative and teamoriented workingrelationships integrating with local Company ecosystem businesspartners in a matrix environment encompassing Field ReimbursementManagers Immunology Clinical Account Specialist Partnership LeadsRegional and National Account Executives and Medical ScienceLiaisons
- Knowingwhen and how to bring in the right expertise at the right time fromother Company matrix roles based on the customer need oropportunity athand.
- Conductingaccount related activities such as profiling call planningreviewing Company sales data related to athome administration withassignedstakeholders.
MinimumQualifications :
- BachelorsdegreeBA / BS
- 3years direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in thepharmaceutical biotech device or healthcare industry
- Musthave a valid US Driver s License and with no more than 3 movingviolations in the past 2years.
- Mustreside within assignedterritory.
PreferredQualifications :
- Experienceselling injectableproducts.
- Experiencein calling onRheumatologists.
- Discussingtherapeutic strategies to inform and influence decisionmakers.
- Developingand applying clinical and business expertise and effective sellingskills.
- Executingmarketing strategies at the locallevel.
- Demonstratedunderstanding of managed care landscape and how itinfluences / impactsbusiness.
