Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and track laser, equipment, and safety inventories .
- Support Laser, LED, and Equipment Safety inspections , including scheduling inspections, tracking completion metrics, and assisting with action item follow-up.
- Format and process EHS program documents and procedures .
- Collect and organize EHS performance data , including training records, audits, and access requests.
- Analyze EHS data to produce reports, tables, graphs, and insights .
- Manage weekly reporting of training completions against asset allocation.
- Assist with EHS training setup and coordination .
- Coordinate onsite deliveries of safety materials , such as eyewear, barriers, and signage.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Science, Business, or related field).
- Proficient with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentations).
- Tableau or other data visualization experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of general administrative or EHS-related work experience.

Compensation
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
