The Strategy Consultant will support the Strategy & Value Leader in driving strategic alignment, operational improvement, and value delivery for the FAA infrastructure modernization program. This role combines business analysis, process consulting, and strategic facilitation to help the program define priorities, streamline processes, and make evidence-based decisions. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing complex business and operational challenges, designing process improvements, and facilitating collaborative sessions that align diverse stakeholders around shared goals.

The following technical and professional expertise is required :

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategic consulting, or process improvement within large-scale programs.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops and collaborative planning sessions.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical, strategic solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
