Brigham and Women's Harbor Medical Associates, a member of Mass General Brigham Medical Group, is a multispecialty, primary care practice with more than 65 physicians. We have several offices across the South Shore and are affiliated with Brigham and Women's Hospital, Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center, and South Shore Hospital.

Brigham and Women’s Health Care Center in Hingham located at 6 Shipyard Drive offers expert care in a safe and comfortable environment by our highly experienced clinicians and technicians. We deliver a full range of preventive and health maintenance care. We not only treat a range of acute and chronic health problems, but we also coordinate our patients’ care when they need treatment by specialists.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Full-time, 40-hour Triage RN to support our Internal Medicine and Urology clinic onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Dedicated to phone triage, the Nurse will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns, appointments, pre and post procedures, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results.
This triage role is 90% on the phones with patients with 10% hands on work administering vaccines!
Qualifications
Qualifications
·Must be a licensed RN in Massachusetts
·For newly licensed nurses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required
·At least 2 years of experience as a RN preferred
·Electronic Medical Record experience strongly preferred
·Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged
