Patient Service Associate (PSA)
The Patient Service Associate (PSA) interviews, hires and orients new field staff, fills orders, assigns field staff personnel and records and updates compliance requirements for field staff.
Essential Job Functions :
- Interviews, hires and orients new field staff
- Coordinates applicants’ hiring process
- Works directly with Supervisory RN in scheduling all branch in-service training programs.
- Coordinates field staff assignments
- Maintains communication with client
- Assists in payroll and billing functions
Requirements :
Minimum, 2-year college degree, 4-year preferred.
Computer literate.
Ability to work independently, handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills.
