Job Description

Lead and manage project teams from preconstruction through closeout. Ensure successful delivery of large-scale ground-up commercial projects exceeding $30MM. Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. Drive safety, quality, and performance across all phases of construction.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience managing large ground-up commercial construction projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations effectively. Familiarity with construction software and project documentation.
