Position Summary- Hybrid / Remote option may be available.

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding Waldom Electronics' presence within the electrical distribution market, driving new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing partners. This individual will focus on identifying growth opportunities, negotiating strategic agreements, and executing go-to-market initiatives that align with Waldom's global vision for supply chain innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with electrical distributors, OEMs, and channel partners.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers across distributor and manufacturer accounts.

Deliver against revenue and margin growth targets through new account acquisition and existing account expansion.

Support Waldom's broader strategy by driving adoption of its supply chain and value-added services.
