A company is looking for an IT Support Contractor for a 6-month engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide high-quality, responsive support via the helpdesk channel to resolve technical issues
Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account provisioning and access setup
Manage IT administrative tasks such as MDM maintenance and expense tracking
Required Qualifications :
1-3+ years of IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration experience
Familiarity with SaaS administration and identity / access management
Experience with hardware inventory and user account management
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and systems
Junior to intermediate IT support professional or a mid-level IT professional capable of quick ramp-up
