Summary : The Senior Financial Manager will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to provide the organization with an understanding of company's overall performance.

Main responsibilities include reporting and forecasting company results, analysis of key performance indicators, fulfillment of ad hoc analytics requests, and collaboration with management to make thoughtful recommendations.

We're looking for a teammate who enjoys leading and investigating large data sets and is passionate about getting results and driving strategy! Technical proficiency is a requirement as this role will work across several different data platforms and databases to help the company progress towards a scalable CRM and reporting model.

Responsibilities :

  • Take a leading role in the company's FP&A function, contributing to its success
  • Identify and orchestrate process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop expertise in assigned areas of responsibility, becoming a trusted subject matter expert
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and insightful financial reports, presentations, and forecasts
  • Provide comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic planning and informed decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of FP&A and other finance team members
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and trends to identify key insights
  • Stay informed about the latest financial trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail

The base salary range for this position is between $110,520 to $145,500, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
