Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Jr. Sales Account Executive to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our existing customers while working to reactivate those we have lost. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a clean driving record, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Visit existing customers regularly to ensure they are receiving outstanding service and address any concerns or feedback.
• Engage with previous customers to understand their needs and work on reactivating them as active clients.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring that customers feel valued and appreciated.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Travel primarily within the Bay Area with occasional visits to Sacramento as required.
