We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in the automotive parts industry and a strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions offering advice and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process parts orders including locating and ordering parts from suppliers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that parts are properly stocked and organized
- Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory
- Work closely with the service department to ensure that the correct parts are ordered and delivered in a timely manner
- Keep up to date with the latest automotive parts and accessories to provide customers with the best options
Requirements :
