As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned auto industry locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as needed, and interacting with visitors and staff to provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as outlined by Allied Universal.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any suspicious behaviors or incidents occurring within or around the location.

Communicate and collaborate with site staff and law enforcement as needed.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all activities, incidents and / or unusual occurrences during assigned shifts.

Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.

Minimum Requirements :

Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
