Overview :
We are seeking experienced System Integration Engineers with backgrounds in process, automation, or mechanical systems to support the setup, optimization, and continuous improvement of large-scale Final Assembly, Test, and Pack (FATP) production lines.
In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with manufacturing, equipment, quality, and automation teams to ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with production milestones. You will play a critical role in equipment integration, preventive maintenance, system reliability, and yield optimization for high-volume, high-precision manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead or support system line setup and integration activities to meet FATP production milestones.
- Install, commission, and qualify production equipment, automation cells, and conveyance systems.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to integrate new tools, robotics, and test systems.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance (OEE) to identify and resolve bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and quality risks.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, applying root cause analysis (-Why, Fishbone, PDCA) and Lean / TPM principles.
- Oversee equipment upgrades and retrofits, ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Generate and maintain controlled documentation — SOPs, maintenance procedures, calibration logs, and performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure alignment on engineering standards, system reliability, and process consistency.
- Provide technical training and guidance to technicians and junior engineers.
- Ensure that all systems and equipment meet safety, environmental, and compliance standards.
