Responsibilities :

• Utilize our turn-key system to quickly close life insurance applications
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Leverage cutting-edge technology to streamline the sales & recruiting process and maximize efficiency thru automation
• Work independently to manage your own schedule and prioritize income producing activities

Qualifications :

• Able to Work in The United States
• Open, Honest, Ethical & Productive Communication
• Have a Positive & Proactive Attitude
• Basic computer skills, comfortable making outbound calls (No Cold Calling)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to succeed in a remote environment, mentally tough
• Previous experience in sales or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem solver.
• Driven, consistent,with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
